In this world, there are a lot of problems! Destruction: people’s hearts wounded; struggling with sickness and other issues. The peace of the world has been in trouble since the fall of mankind. Families are increasingly fighting each other. Every tribe and nations people are violently fighting one another. Chaos and poverty is intensifying. Some hearts are offended, bitter, and terrified of the things happening. People are losing their peace of mind. Not knowing what to do! Our hearts have become a battlefield to keep our peace!
The world talks about peace but they are not trying to make peace. Their speech is peace, but they are plotting evil. Their hearts are full of hate. Destroying lives, business, churches. Their peace will not sustain because on the other side, they are building more weapons of war in order to take life!
Their ways of peace is not authentic!
This lack of peace affects not only your nation but communities, family, work, your personal life! You will undoubtedly struggle. Fear dominates you. Additionally, conflict is in the Believer’s; the churches and people are also fighting each other! Most are working in a selfish way!
Jesus brings Good News to us! He says, He is the Prince of Peace!!!
John 14:27-28, “27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.28 “You heard me say, ‘I am going away, and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I.” NIV
When you receive the Lord Jesus Christ into your heart, you are receiving God’s peace! Joy can flow in your heart and mind. It is the joy of the Lord! Jesus peace is real! Your struggles are viewed in a different light! Through the lens of God whom nothing is too hard for Him!
Mark 10:27 “And Jesus looking upon them said, with men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.” NKJV
Because we have a mighty God who sent His only Son, Jesus! God wants you to be at peace with yourself and with your family and your neighbors. Everyone! Jesus gave His life so that we may have the peace of God!
The peace of God made by the blood of Christ and is available in the Gospel of Jesus Christ! A covenant between God and His Son that Christ would be appointed the peace maker!!!
God is not of chaos and confusion. The world takes verses particularly in the Old Testament and uses them out of context. For the fruit of the Holy Spirit, is love, joy, peace, patience…these fruits work in our lives. This is God’s nature. God wants to fill us with Himself!
Jesus was sent into the world to transform our dark world to peace and love. This is not obviously complete yet, but one day it will be! We cannot have peace apart from Him! When the true Believer’s are lights in the world, God’s kingdom expands into the entire world!
The master of sin is satan. He is a thief, destroyer, and a killer. This is his work. Since we were born in sin and until Jesus comes into your life to make us to be born again, we can have peace and joy. It is hard for people to apologize or repent sometimes, because their heart may not be for God. They are thinking evil but believe it is okay. The enemy has planted this hate in our hearts.
Jesus sees us on the cross as empty and hopeless! He forgave our sins, iniquities, and wrong doings! The peace of God can reign in us removing pain and sorrow! Every country where there is peace, the people are prospering and there is development. Thus so, it will be in your own life!
God has given Jesus Christ power and authority!! Even Jesus on the cross had peace with God the Father! In all His agony, still He asked the Father to forgive us! When you have the peace of God, you will forgive your enemies, friends, and family! Jesus has power to change your circumstances no matter what the challenges!
John 14:29, “And now I have told you before it comes, that when it does come to pass, you may believe.”
Jesus wants you to remember what He has already done for you! God created the world to be beautiful for humans and animals to enjoy our lives. The enemy came to destroy everything. Jesus has come to restore!
John 10:10, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”
John 16:33, “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
