Jesus is Alive! The stone has been rolled away! God accepted His Son’s sacrifice by raising Him from the dead! Because He lives, we have a future, and we have hope! God has extended His Grace and Mercy towards us! You still have time! Repent and believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ! You shall be saved!
Some don’t want to repent because they do not see a reason. They may think, this life is all there is and better make the most of it. All roads lead to heaven. The greatest deception is believing heaven and hell are already present in this earth. You make out of it what you want. Dear ones, Heaven is real and so is Hell! In Hell there is the absence of God’s presence. Many don’t realize the significance of this.
I think about a person, (a stranger) who when I drive by their home, it is clear they live in darkness. Their yard testifies of this! It is decorated like Halloween. The only thing is they keep it up all year and change about sometimes but it all looks EVIL! I’m praying for that person. Their home is across from one of our city parks and just a few yards down the road from a supermarket. In this life, they have time to repent. To be saved by the power of God! God loves them now and no matter what, He will always love them! In this life, that person can go to the park, walk around, and enjoy the sunshine, feed the ducks, or see the beautiful water. Right now, they can go into the supermarket and buy anything they want with their money! Anything to their hearts desire. There are restaurants in that same shopping center and all kinds of other shops.
But if you fail to receive Jesus Christ in this life, there will be no water to drink much less admire the beauty of God’s creation and it’s amenities in the next! The Word of God is clear, God blesses everyone! Everyone can feel the warmth of the sunshine, a delicious satisfying meal, the rain on a hot summer day to refresh you. God is Good and His blessings are towards every living person but if you die without receiving His gift of His Son, Jesus Christ, you will not experience those blessings in the next life! This is the deception of the enemy to get you to believe otherwise! Now, you have the freedom given by God to hate Him and still go get a pizza, laugh, and enjoy yourself! But the next life, you will enter eternity somewhere! God will not decide for us! He leaves that up to you! He wants you to choose life with Him!
Colossians 1:13,14, “He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.”
Because of what Jesus accomplished on the Cross, we have reason to celebrate! We have been delivered from the power of darkness! We have been redeemed! We have been forgiven! Praise God! The enemy can’t keep you from being saved if you choose to! Choose Him today! Tomorrow is not promised that you will live to see! The enemy has no power over you! Jesus has gained you the victory! But it is your choice whether to receive or not!
1 Corinthians, 15:3,4, “For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received; that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.”
Romans 10:9, “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
The tomb is empty!
